Daily Practice That Works

Daily practice is how your system learns. It doesn’t have to be intense , it has to be consistent.

A simple daily template (10–15 minutes)

  • ✅ 2 minutes: body scan + breath
  • ✅ 5 minutes: regulation practice
  • ✅ 3 minutes: journaling prompt
  • ✅ 1 minute: choose one aligned action

This is enough to build real change when done consistently.

Hard day template (3–5 minutes)

  • ✅ Name what’s happening
  • ✅ Slow exhale breaths
  • ✅ One boundary or one tiny action

The goal is stability, not perfection.
